2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 branches fresh rosemary 10g
3 1/2 tsp gears (pine nuts) 8g

Preparation
Preheat oven to 190ºC / 375ºF.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes into cubes of about 1.5 cm, finely chop the garlic and place all on an oiled baking sheet generously. Turn pieces to coat well with oil. Add the rosemary in clumps and pine nuts (optional). Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender, turning occasionally during cooking.
Serve.
