1 c. seed or walnut tea (flax, sunflower, hemp, pumpkin, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.) 5ml
2 c. Tea and freshly ground raw whole grains (oats, pearl barley, brown rice, buckwheat, millet, quinoa, etc.) 10 ml

Preparation
Cream together the oil and cheese.
Add the juice of a fresh lemon half (or a whole lemon to taste). Remove seeds, but recovered pulp and pour the juice.
